Milan's Aim
To develop provisions for older people from Indian, Pakistani,
Bangladeshi and Mauritian communities in Edinburgh and Lothian's,
which meet their social, cultural, recreational, language and care
needs.
Milan's Objectives
- To enable elderly people to have a place to meet where they
can gather, relax, and reminisce and chat.
- To provide a shared meal in the company of others.
- To provide a range of education and recreational
opportunities.
- To develop links with agencies providing information/advice
on elderly related issues.
- To encourage the involvement of users in all aspects of this
and future provisions.
